We gladly service what we sell and have sold: SummerSpace, NuImage, and Sunsetter Retractable Awnings. We do NOT service awnings from other manufacturers. 

Please gather as much information as possible about your awning when contacting us for service (manufacturer, model, age of awning, frame color, size, location, issue with the awning). If you’re unable to solve your issue with the troubleshooting methods listed on our website, you can always have our technicians come to your home to perform a service call. Our straightforward pricing model means there are no hidden fees or surprises. We are committed to providing exceptional service at fair and transparent prices. For each service call, we charge a flat labor rate of $150/hr. This covers the cost of our professional team’s time and expertise to travel to your home, diagnose, and address your needs. In addition to the labor fee, the only additional charges you will encounter are for the parts needed to complete your service. Before proceeding with any repairs or replacements, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the parts required and their cost, ensuring you have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
